Do you have retail stores or sell at my favorite retail store?

Short answer is no. We sell directly through our online store. This allows us to keep our overhead costs down and keep our prices affordable. The beauty of selling online is that we can reach millions of people around the globe and and focus on what we do best.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to almost every country in the world.

How long does it take to ship?

Before we ship out, we may take up to 7 days to assemble your jersey. Once your jersey has been shipped, it can take 2-4 weeks until it arrives at your destination depending on the region of the globe you live in as well as time of the year (ie. holidays). If you have been waiting longer than this please feel free to contact us for an update at: sales@sixspokes.com

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate. Once the packages leaves the warehouse, the tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payment through PayPal.

Why does the price jump at checkout?

You may have noticed the price of a product you wish to purchase changes from the product page compared to the checkout page. Since we are based in United States, we use a currency converter to show the price that the product would be in the country you're viewing our website from. However, once you reach checkout, the price changes back to US dollars for processing. Rest assured, the item you're purchasing is the same price as what you were viewing on the product page, just in US Dollars.

Any taxes I need to worry about?

There may be import duty taxes applied on goods delivered to your country. Sixspokes is NOT responsible for.
